Making progress!
I finished my bathroom. Can you believe this? I can’t. I hate organizing cabinets/drawers. Especially being in the same house for so long. Its fun to organize/decorate when you move in somewhere new. But it feels good to make it feel fresh and new again. CLEAN!
So I forgot to take before pics…but heres the afters. (Cell phone pics)
On the left you can see my new cotton jar and toothbrush holder. Also, added a candle.
Under the sink. Bought this little spinning shelf thing at Target and it was only $20. It is so awesome. You can adjust how far apart you want them and everything. So I put all my hair products and my huge mouthwash bottle on the bottom one, along with a roll of toilet paper. The top shelf is just little stuff like nail polish, medicines, and creams. Then I just slid my extra q-tips and cotton balls along the side there.
My first drawer. This had so much random crap in it before. I threw away so much stuff doing this. Products and hair stuff I hadn’t used in at least 3 years. So I cleaned out the drawers w/Clorox wipes and theres my little tray thing I bought for hair ties, bobby pins, and decided to just fill the other one w/my floss things. Just a place for small stuff. Then put my headbands in the square tray in the back. And other random stuff on the side.
And my bottom, biggest drawer. I just filled with my hair dryers, curling irons, and straightener (not pictured). Also some feminine products in the back and cotton pads.
And thats the bathroom! I am going to move some more stuff out today…there is a little drawer/stand organizer by my toilet that I am going to take out because I dont use it and it takes up space. It will make my bathroom look cleaner and bigger.
Proud of myself! Got rid of so much crap and now I have my basics. Wah-lah!
